The Students Grievances Redressal Cell will start functioning with immediate effect and would maintain meeting and activities register.
The Grievances Redressal Committee will functions following issues:-
- The cases will attend promptly on receipt of grievances from the stakeholders.
- The grievances committee formerly will review all the cases and will act accordingly as per the policy.
- The Grievance Committee will give report to the undersigned about the grievances attend.
- Provide institute wide awareness and undertaking on policies with zero tolerance.
The grievance Redressal Committee shall not entertain the following issues:
- Decisions of the executive councils, board of studies and other administrative and academic committees constitute by the institute.
- Decisions of regulations put forward by PCI and UGC.
- Decisions with regard to award the scholarship, fee concession.
- Decisions made by the institute with regard to discipline matters and misconduct.
- Decisions made by the institute about admissions in any courses offered by the institute.
